This is Bud Gaitley from the class of '86. On July 30. the class of '86 will be holding a 25 year reunion. But, really, we are opening this up to any one that we went to school with to come. If you can post this on the alumni website it would be much appreciated. Also, I have been in discussions with classes of 85-89 and there seems to be a general consensus to have a combined 30 year.

10 Year Reunion
The Meadows: Victorian Room
• 59 East Main Street, Addyston, OH 45001
• Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 8pm – 12am
Price
• Payment on or before August 19th is 25.00 per person (50.00 per couple)
• Payment after August 19th is 30.00 per person (60.00 per couple)
o Increased price is necessary to encourage people to buy their tickets early. An accurate headcount is needed by The Meadows in a timely fashion.
o The extra 5 dollars per head will be donated to the Taylor High School PTA to benefit the current student population.
• Erin Case works at PNC bank and opened a checking account to collect money for this event. All money received will be deposited into this account. There are TWO options for sending payment. **Please include the names of the people that you are purchasing tickets for on the MEMO line of the check**
o Mail a personal check to Erin Case at 5133 Sumter Avenue, Cincinnati OH 45238 OR
o Directly deposit a personal check into the account at any PNC branch. If you would like to use this option please contact Erin directly to get the account information. She can be reached via email erincase@yahoo.com or via FB private message.
o We will attempt to promptly send each individual a payment confirmation. If you are concerned that your payment was not received please contact Erin.
• Deposit: A deposit in the amount of 200.00 is due to The Meadows by July 31st. The first 200.00 received will be used for this payment.
• Victorian Room Minimum/Maximum: The Meadows requires a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 110 guests for this function. We do not anticipate a problem staying within this range.
Food and Drinks
• Heavy appetizers
• Beer, wine and soda included (full liquor bar available for cash purchase)
Music
• An iPod hook-up equipped with a nice sound system is available free of charge

• We do not have funds for a DJ. If you know someone who would like to donate their services please contact Nicole.

• Ryan Heitkamp volunteered his services to make a video/slideshow compilation. All media must be submitted to Ryan by September 1st. Please contact him via email at rcheitkamp@gmail.com with any questions.
